Like anything in life, you will get out of this consult what you put into it. I can promise that if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will see results in that you will be more confident and feel more ready for your big day. I cannot, however, guarantee what your birth will be like. There are too many factors at play!
For this reason, I do not offer refunds on the consult call. If you're ever unhappy with a service I provide, let me know and I'll do my best to make it right.

On the day of our call, you'll get a link to a Zoom meeting where I'll be waiting for you. There, you and I will chat about your birth, I'll give you advice and pointers that are specific to YOU and we will create your birth plan together!
Absolutely not. None of my advice, education, or guidance is medical advice and does not replace a conversation with your trusted provider. All information shared during our call is for informational purposes only. Do not make medical decisions for you or your baby without consulting with your provider.
If you book a full session and cannot find a day and time that works for you, email me at heather@alifeinlabor.com and we will find something that works.
*if you cannot find a day and time that works for you and we are unable to work something out that fits our schedules, make sure you let me know within 7 days of booking and you will get a full refund.
If you booked within the last 7 days, you will get your full refund if you were unable to make the call due to the birth of your baby.
